Tapers notes: Part of The Winter Dance Party weekend. This was at the middle school, at some point during set 1 there's some noise when the students come in to watch the performance, and a similar noise when they leave during set 2. I included the Clear Lake High School Jazz Choir set here, it's definitely worth a listen in my opinion. They did a cool tribute to Tommy Allsup, there is a live performance of him playing How Great Thou Art on the guitar, and the choir sang over that performance. I wanted to record the performances at The Surf Ballroom on Thursday-Saturday, but just couldn't figure out a good way. I have already started thinking ahead to next year, and I'm hoping to record the whole event.

I’m travelin’ light and I’m slow coming home"
