An old hound dog, and a can of worms? Hiding from the girls next door? Maybe that old car seat made for two and getting rowdy all night? Rusty Playground invites you to kick back with us… and Welcome to, Our Rusty Playground.
Spanning generations and genres, Rusty Playground is a five piece strings and harmonies acoustic band from Minneapolis MN. A little blues, a little bluegrass and a whole lot of Americana. We enjoy putting our own twist on things popular and writing new music that reflects on who we are Individually. We may get rowdy, but that’s alright. We’re sure there’s something to make everyone smile, tap their toes and sing along.

Tapers notes: Recording 14/14 from RecFest 2024. This closes out RecFest 2024, it was my first year going, but definitely not my last. Lots of great music, great people, and great recordings, what more can you ask for?
