The Lindula Brothers are John and Brian Lindula, a Folk and Bluegrass music duo hailing from Taconite Country. John is the lead vocalist and plays both guitar and mandolin, while Brian plays banjo and provides backup vocals. Raised in Cherry, MN, both graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with degrees in education. John now lives and works in Duluth, and Brian lives and works in Grand Rapids, MN. The Lindula Brothers play shows across the 218, performing original music written by John, as well as covers of both modern and traditional songs. Covers include selections from Old Crow Medicine Show, Trampled by Turtles, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Woody Guthrie, and more! Folk favorites from America, Finland, Ireland, and the UK make up the catalog of traditional numbers.

Tapers notes: Recording 7 of 13 from Muskie Days 2026. For fans old good old fashioned bluegrass music, this is your set. They hit a lot of old classics, some originals, and some local covers as well. Really enjoyable set, and fantastic musicians.
