Tapers notes: Part of Saturday in the Park. This set started about an hour late, it had downpoured towards the end of the previous set and they had to get all the water off the stage and dry it before this set could start. The rain must have messed with the sound system, there was a tech on stage every 2 or 3 songs fiddling with something or talking with Samantha about the sound, so that was a battle throughout. It was an odd show, I think the rain brought a lot of the energy in the crowd down (some people had left altogether) and the show was just lacking that something extra I had felt at other Samantha Fish shows. That being said, she sounded great and shredded on guitar as always. Almost no talking between songs as I assumed they had a shorter time to work with than they planned because of the delay. Sound on this one is pretty good, whatever issues they were having on stage can't be heard on the recording.
